Zap Gallery is provided as-is, with no warranties. By uploading content you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to publish it. The site operator is not responsible for content published by sellers.

Pro subscriptions are non-refundable. Lightning payments are handled by your wallet and the gallery's NWC backend; the operator does not custody funds.

Listings, registries, and zap receipts are public Nostr events. Once published they cannot be reliably deleted from all relays.
